This week we’re highlighting two upcoming auctions in Chicago and New York by showing you some of the more interesting works for sale.
The first is the Phillips design auction in New York. The event starts at 11 a.m. Dec. 17 and features works by Hans Coper, Lucie Rie and Peter Voulkos. Wright has an upcoming auction in Chicago which is preceded by two preview events both in Chicago and New York. The preview in New York runs from December 2 to the 11th from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Its preview in Chicago will run December 4 to 11, culminating in the sale in Chicago on December 11 starting at noon.
