Details: The School of Art at BGSU seeks applicants for an Instructor, Sculpture. Full-time, one-year appointment, renewable subject to budget and satisfactory annual evaluations. Competitive salary. Full benefits. MFA degree with minimum two years college teaching beyond T.A. Expertise must include clay modeling, plaster and rubber mold making, and ability to operate bronze, aluminum and iron foundries. Teach courses in sculpture and first year program, and help with operations and maintenance of large and active studio. Starting date: August, 2015.
Qualifications: MFA degree required. Teach all levels of sculpture introductory, intermediate, and advanced sculpture courses and possibly a course within the first year program. Assist with studio facility upkeep, monitoring shop equipment and ordering supplies for area. Participate in education and professional duties within the sculpture area and in the School of Art.

Send letter of application, resume, three current, original letters of recommendation (signed and dated within the past year and under separate cover), official terminal degree transcript, 20 examples each of professional and student work on a Mac compatible CD or DVD (JPG no larger than 2 MBs), and self-addressed stamped envelope (for return of materials) to: John Balistreri, Chair, Sculpture Search Committee, School of Art, 1000 Fine Arts Center, BGSU, Bowling Green, OH 43403-0204.
