Spanish artist Alberto Bustos began exhibiting in his home country in 2013. He showed at Germany’s Westerwald Keramic Museum and took part in the Fourth International Ceramics Symposium in Tunisia last year. He was included in a collective exhibition award at CERCO this year and had a joint exhibition at the Hanager Center, The Opera House in Cairo, Egypt. This is Colossal reports that Bustos was included among 40 international artists in Mas De Les Gralles outside of Barcelona on June 13.

He plays porcelain against type, creating thin, soft grass like forms in his sculptures. It looks as though you could run your fingers through the material. We’ve included a gallery of his forms in this post.
