Designed by Laura Bougdanos and Vesa Jääskö, the Magisso teacup changes up how one typically brews tea.
The angled base allows the teacup to be tipped to either side. One chamber of the cup is the filter, which contains tea leaves. The bigger chamber is for hot water. If you want your cup of tea to be stronger, simply tip the cup so that the filter fills with water.
The only nitpick Wired gadget reporter Charlie Sorrel could find with the teacup was in the instructional video above. He suggests pouring the water over the leaves rather than in the wider chamber. That may make for a longer pour, but how seriously do you take your tea?
